Other than the cute and unique idea for this interchangeable car, we love the simplicity of the packaging design. Huzi wanted to create a simple yet sophisticated, playful yet elegant brand identity and packaging that will compliment the unique story behind the product.

 

 

The Packaging:

"About two years ago, I started Huzi, a collection of meaningful and sustainable design objects for playful kids and adults. Dream Car is the first product in the collection. I wanted to create a simple yet sophisticated, playful yet elegant brand identity and packaging that will compliment the unique story behind the products. I think the best gift anyone can give is a long lasting object with a meaningful message. In this case, the story is dreams and imagination. So the packaging shows the product name, and also simple graphic icons that capture one of the main product features in the most minimal and easy-to-understand way. Once the package is opened, a platform with beautiful felt lining is used to present the product, which also serves as protection."

The Product:

 "Dreams nurture imagination. Start building your own dream car with the interchangeable car bodies, patented magnetic snaps and chalkboard paint finish. Handcrafted from natural walnut, beech and poplar wood, not only is the heirloom quality passed on from generation to generation, but more importantly, the story is also passed on."
