Lucy Hargrave is a recent graduate of Visual Communication Design at the Queensland College of Art in Brisbane, Australia. Here are two of her projects, the first is Soapworks:
"Designed in collaboration with Josh Tatarynowicz, these packages were for a handmade goats milk soap company. We created four intricate Mandala patterns based on the natural ingredients used in each soap flavour; like peppermint leaves, rose petals & lemon slices. The patterns are laser cut out of card and allow for the soap to be smelt through the packaging."
More images and one more project after the jump.

A new concept by Fay K. Pal, who we previously featured here and here.
"Rule #1 of Carrying Liquids on Board Flights claims that the travellers are allowed to bring on board liquids with a capacity of 100ml / 3.38 fl.oz. The market offers hundreds of travel size versions of toiletry/personal care products, and somehow it never fits our particular needs, and we got stuck with shortage or extras of inconvenient single use packages.
3.38 (fl.oz.) offers you a maximum legal size toiletry line of best quality natural products, for most convenient multi-use. The squeezable containers made of polyethylene and polypropylene - both are 100% recyclable and can be recycled together using a low energy process.
That makes the products safe for people and the environment as well as effective at getting the job done. Perfect size, fine quality, best ingredients and great variety promise you the most comfortable experience while you travel for business or for pleasure. Bon voyage!"

"The MUD packaging communicated the educational brand positioning by featuring product copy usually reserved for the back of the package right on the front. Clever copy headings such as “The Basics” and “Quick Study” gave the consumer just enough information without being overwhelming. Subtle diagrammatic illustrations of the products were executed in a spot gloss varnish for a sophisticated, upscale feel. Color coding was introduced in the logo mark and in the headline copy for quick recognition on the shelf."
