This week we'll be featuring a selection of work from folks that are graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology's design program. I'll put up the photos first and then have the corresponding information about the projects grouped below.
1. Chakra by Aja Eggleston
"Chakra is a brand of enriched chocolate bars with healing properties. The main focus of the design is an illustration of ganesha's rat—a spiritual symbol who has the ability to destroy every obstacle, just like chocolate."
2. Absinthe by Couvet by Alexis Champa
"Absinthe, in terms of history and experience, is a pretty nifty beverage. The goal was to create a brand that compares to the experience and easily appeals to the people and market who are currently buying it. It comes in three grades which reflect the percent of alcohol."
3. Absinthe by Couvet by Amy Sprague
"Couvet, a line of premium Swiss absinthe, honors its lineage as a bohemian drink of choice. Capturing a feel of old world elegance while subtly suggesting its potent and forbidden past, Couvet’s sophisticated mystery piques the craving for refinement and unruliness in us all."
4. SSV by Cassie Garcia
"SSV is a new line of auto maintenance equipment for the young car fanatic. I wanted the packaging to show that it is the most premium product for your car and will improve its performance."
