Nolet’s Dry Gin Reserve is a Truly Special Spirit

Published

The Nolet family has been producing gin for over 300 years, so they definitely know their gin. Every year they produce only 500 bottles of their exclusive Dry Gin Reserve, and to celebrate this special spirit, they called upon MW Luxury Packaging to manufacture a one-of-a-kind case.

“Formed from an octagonal MDF sub-structure, this wooden case is multi-coated in a satin gold paint finish, and emblazoned with hand-applied detailing and a gel badge bearing the Nolet crest. To the side, a gold push button enables easy opening; one light press and the case swings open fluidly on its polished hinges. Silky and elegant, it’s an exterior that suggests just the right amount of decadence.”

“Inside, the Nolet bottle rests on a removable, velvet-bottomed plinth, held firmly in place by a hinged and magnetised collar. Slip the bottle out, and you can rest it outside the case on its own, or within its plinth, which is fronted with a gold plaque.”

“A softly-grained cream PU leather lining offsets the striking gold exterior, and a shallow recess in the door holds two unique extras. The first is a full-colour booklet printed with spot gloss UV varnish and foil branding, which details the history of this extraordinary drink; the second, a certificate signed by Carolus H.J. Nolet himself.”
