The Sophisticated Pendleton Directors’ Reserve Canadian Whisky
by Theresa Christine Johnson on 01/04/2017 | 2 Minute Read
Pendleton Directors’ Reserve is a Canadian whisky that’s almost old enough to drink itself. Designed by Cue, every detail was considered, including a leather sleeve and ultra sleek box. Pendleton Directors’ Reserve avoids excessive graphics and text, making every element meaningful—from the ornate designs on the leather sleeve to the elegant gold foil.
“Directors' Reserve embodies the lore and legacy of the Pendleton Round-Up, an iconic symbol of rodeo heritage synonymous with the brand. Aged for twenty years, the liquid inside speaks to the same heritage, a whisky showcased in a bottle wrapped in a leather sleeve with tooling crafted by third-generation saddle maker Randy Severe. The special box hosts encases the bottle accompanied by the story of special whiskey with a special heritage.”
