Obrist Winery

Wouldn’t you just love to pull this wine out for a nice dinner? The dark bottle and laurel wreath around the label make the wines from Obrist Winery look magnificent. Designed by Cheeeeese in Switzerland, each variety of wine has its own label, although the entire line of wines fits perfectly together as a family. By using an opaque bottle and keeping the label small and classic, it lets the quality of wine speak to the consumer. Obrist’s wines exude confidence in an almost regal way.

“Obrist is a Swiss wine merchant since 1854, who grew into a winemaker in one of the most renowned winegrowing region of Switzerland. Nowadays Obrist is a key player as a trader and as a producer in the country. Considering themselves as real craftsmen, they are committed to the respect of the terroirs and traditions, defining wine as a result of an intimate relationship between men and nature.”

“Obrist hired Cheeeeese to work on the visual identity of various product ranges, notably on labels design. Our team succeeded in putting forward the values of history, heritage and authenticity through their designs. The visuals of Les pots, their emblematic product range, was to be updated preserving their status as flagship product. We wanted to unify the line in order to offer a coherent identity to the customer. The illustrations on the labels are made to embody the wine characteristics.”
