The perfect mix of expertise and experience
Drawing on 50 years of experience in designing for the home Conran and Partners have created Paint by Conran, a range of interior paints primarily focused on the domestic market. The range launches with 96 colours inspired by British plants and landscapes.
Their partners, esteemed British paint manufacturer Master Paintmakers (part of the Trimite group), have passionately handcrafted paint in the UK for over 150 years. The ambition was to intertwine their technical know-how with Conran’s design expertise in the fields of architecture and interiors to create a paint range both practical and beautiful.
Alongside the paint collections themselves, Conran and Partners needed to create a brand and identity that would be appealing to the primary decision makers in this field: the female audience. With attention to detail in the crafting of every touch point, including hand-painted swatch cards and elegant tester pots reminiscent of artist’s paints, the intention is to support the customer and give them added value during the process of choosing the best colour for their home.
Inspired by nature, created by Conran
Conran and Partners have created five colour collections themed around British flora and horticulture: Highland, Cottage Garden, Kitchen Garden, Orchard and Harvest. A simple watercolour motif was created for each one.

Paint by Conran is delivered with a thank you card that doubles as a colour matching card when shopping for complementary items. Each purchase also comes with a Paint by Conran Partner card that gives the holder special offers and exclusive benefits, such as notifications of interior design events and a copy of the bi-annual Design Review.
