“Chocolate Barcode” is a series of sweet promotional packagings. Inspired by wordplay of barcodes and bars – chocolate bars. The front visual is minimal and contemporary, using a melted circle sign it mimics the transformation from chocolate cubes to lines of a barcode. The inside of the packaging is where the magic spark happens and it brings the special momentum to it. Red-sided barcode lines are applied to make a contrast to the minimalistic outer side. The concept if produced would be one edition of packagings limited to one hundred pieces. Made out of ninety percent of cocoa. Imported from tropical coastal areas of the Ecuadorian lowlands, carefully shipped and delivered to Ljubljana – Si. Where it would be handmade for the love of chocolate, packaging and good design.
