This is a Heineken bottle like you’ve not quite seen it before. As part of the Heineken Cities Campaign, the beer company recently invited five designers to create unique and limited edition bottles for five different clubs in Budapest, Hungary. This one, designed by kissmiklos, is the bottle for Trafiq club, which was then presented at the Budapest Design Week along with the four other designs.
Putting a tight sleeve over the bottle with an opaque white background gives Heineken a new and refreshed look. The signature Heineken green still appears, though, and stands out as it’s beautifully situated behind the beer’s logo. Trafiq club’s name is at the top of the greenery, almost looking overgrown from the leaves.
The bottle communicates a new kind of experience to the consumer, allowing them to view Heineken beer in a new way. While the recognizable green hue ties this limited edition bottle into the Heineken line, kissmiklos’ design is exciting and enticing.
