Ogilvy & Mather Induction Box

Published

Ogilvy & Mather Induction Box is a package given to all new employees. The concept behind the design is “The Eternal Pursuit of Unhappiness.” Created by RedWorks from Cape Town, this design is meant to bring unity for new employees and have them embrace the rich values that Ogilvy & Mather are known for.

“Ogilvy RedWorks Cape Town was tasked to package a few induction items, including “The Eternal Pursuit of Unhappiness”, we took it a step further and asked how do we get new employees to actually read the book and take note of Ogilvy’s rich heritage? Our answer – make it tangible. The Ogilvy Induction box is thus a visual representation of the 8 creative habits, rich in history made relevant today. Every new employee has the opportunity to embrace these values, everyday.”

This is first time I’ve ever seen such thought into creating a welcome packet to a new employee. Anyone would feel embraced and creative if you were welcomed with a box such as this. Ogilvy & Mather’s is a “leading Customer Engagement Agency, our core promise to clients is to help them unlock the full value of customers.” This would naturally have to translate to their team and work environment.
