Designed by Denis Carroll, Artisan Bee is a company specialising in handmade, natural honey-based products. The honey is ethically sourced from known independent beekeepers around Ireland, who are committed to best beekeeping management practices.
The naming reflects the honey bees work and the product they produce. The packaging design is clean, contemporary and elegant. A timeless typographical arrangement was chosen for the logotype. The main design element (a hexagonal array of hexagons) borrows from the honeycomb structure. It is representative of a flower and is a sophisticated link between the brand and honey bee. As a premium product, a bespoke jar was designed for the honey product.
