El Bandarra

El Bandarra, designed by Ivan Castro, gets wrapped in playfully chromatic words associated with drinking and the perfect compliments to it. The overall design is reminiscent of pin-up boards used for inspiration as a means to capture memories.
"Packaging and logotype design for El Bandarra, a new vermouth with a traditional feeling. The concept behind the packaging is the ritual of having a drink (vermouth) with friends on a sunny sunday before lunchtime in a neighborhood bar. The graphics printed in the bottle mimic the window sign painting in all the bars in Barcelona a few decades ago, and the texts are idioms and expressions one would hear while having a vermouth with friends."
