New Sprinkles Cookie Cube

"Introducing the Sprinkles Cookie Cube! A cookie box that converts into a serving tray: peel away the perforated ric-rac strip to display the cookies in a stand-alone tray. Its ability to be repurposed is an imaginative twist on the many lives of packaging. Festive, inventive, practical, the Cookie Cube is branded in Sprinkles’ signature colors and holds six individually wrapped cookies. It launches this fall 2014 at Sprinkles stores nationwide."

Designed by alm project, this dessert box is all about the user's experiance. As opposed to opening a box in a traditional manner, this green-toothed feind must be ripped in two. The cube is then transformed into a scallopped tray, lined with a row of bagged cookies. The overall design is "out of the box", as it focuses on a communal environment, where these cookies are shared amoung a group of friends.
