Student: Fatted Calf
Victoria Herrera created branding and package design for Fatted Calf, a local charcuterie in Hayes Valley, San Francisco as part of a school project at Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Fatted Calf offers fresh and organic produce. A raw and personal approach was developed for the identity redesign, pushing the personal aspect of their business by allowing the employees to participate in an active part of the packaging. The handwritten details encompass the trustworthiness they aim to achieve and exemplifies the handcrafted quality of this deli.
