The beer is designed to be mixed. Łomża Podkapslowe label encourages to rotate the bottle before drinking. It says: “Are you holding this bottle horizontally? That’s good. Just now, under the cap, the yeast from the bottom mixes with the refreshing lager.” In the result Łomża Podkapslowe turns into a turbid, semi-transparent beer full of flavor.

“Podkapslowe means “under-the-cap”. It is a new word in Polish language we invented to describe the character of a beer living in the bottle. The bottle shape brings associations with a small brewery from good old times, when life was simpler and beers had better taste. The vivid colors of the label and the cap reference the drinking experience that comes from refreshing taste of the yeast working in the bottle of Łomża Podkapslowe.”
