When C.C. Filson started designing clothes over 100 years ago, it was for men that braved the cold during the 1897 Klondike Gold Rush. When the Gold Rush faded, Filson continued making tough, comfortable, and reliable outdoor clothing. Filson was for hunters and fishermen, engineers and explorers, mariners and miners. In 1914, Filson patented the Filson Cruiser Shirt and it remains the brand’s best selling item.

Filson is releasing a limited quantity, 222, of their best selling garment, along with their 1922 Sleeve Vest. For this special release, Filson’s product development team created a special wooden box to house the Limited Edition garment. Accompanying the garment is a Tin Cloth envelope containing historic documents about the shirt.
