Bee Local
by Tiana Spellman on 05/01/2012 | 1 Minute Read
Bee Local creator Damian places bee hives in various neighborhoods in different cities. The resulting honey from each neighborhood has a different taste profile, texture and color.
" Last year I met designer Jeremy Ehn of Ideaville (jeremy@ideaville.com), who offered to package and rebrand my hyper-local urban honey business. We wanted a name that captured the essence of the business and packaging that showed off the variety of colors of the honey without being distracting. We wanted to avoid typical honey jars that you see on store shelves. "
Thus Bee Local was born. Each jar is hand labeled, hand embossed and numbered.
