“Candle Light Vineyards is conceptually created by Vintner that strives for perfection in his wines. They are a chemist in their own right and spend all of their lives devoted to wine—till death even. Traditionally, wine casks were lit by candle light therefore Vintner’s would be doing their work constantly in Candle Light.
The wax top is a candle-like wax to again reinstate that these wines are produced under candle light.
The notes envelope contains wine parings that pertain to the specific batch of wine. No batch has the same tasting notes, or food parings.”
