"An original package of Teatul is distinguished by its concept of simplicity and genuineness. Design bears a unique allusion to the island of Sri-Lanka, a fabulous birthplace of Teatul depicting a cabin standing at the edge of the earth which actually appears to be the edge of the tea leaf lighted up by the uneven disc of the ginger sun.

 

 

A depiction of every element of the design bears an idea of their independent existence upon a general background like a star or a planet in drawings once made by Saint-Exupery.

The design of the pack is practically free of ready-made fonts except for the technical figures. All in all Teatul includes 7 sorts of tea – 2 brands of green and 5 of black packed up in framed-boxes of 5 different sizes and a cylinder container."
