The Christmas SIGG Bottle

"The brief was to do an illustration for a SIGG™ bottle, the attendant package plus a little greeting card. The idea was to send it out to more than 200 clients of Jung von Matt / Neckar advertising agency as a christmas gift for 2010."

 

 

"For me it was important to represent Jung von Matt as the sender of the gift in an unusual way. The drawn horse on the bottle is an illustrated version of JvMʻs agency logo, the Trojan horse. I liked the idea to change it in a freaky and funny way since the whole gift should appear so joyful and colourful. It shouldnʻt look like an ordinary give-away! I started some sketches with pencils on paper. After choosing the one I built it anew with Illustrator because the drawing on the bottle needed to be a vector image for the silkscreen print production. The art and typography of the package and card is hand drawn, too and colored in Photoshop."
