Springetts created a bold, eye-catching, and playful design for a new sub-brand called The Funky Fish sold exclusively through ASDA. Each product in the line features a fun illustrated fish that varies in color according to the type of species. The Funky Fish successfully captivates a more youthful audience through its zestful typography and delightful mascot.
"Our task was to create branding and packaging for a new range of chilled ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook seafood called The Funky Fish Kitchen. The 10 strong range is produced by Young’s and sold exclusively through ASDA.
The new Funky Fish Kitchen sub-brand allows Young’s the perfect look and feel under which to launch this more fashionable lifestyle brand, whilst the subtle inclusion of the Young’s logo in the scales of the fish underpins Young’s expertise and the quality and provenance of the fish."
