Kalinka Export Vodka

Check out Kalinka Vodka new design for their new product focus on foreign markets. The unique frosted bottle set it apart from the rest of the brand. Additional texture and finishes adds a premium look and feel.

"The goal was to creating the design of a new product towards foreign markets. We suggested a fundamentally new solution — to satin the bottle. We came up with the individual shape for the bottle, unique surface relief, logo and tracery. "

Honestly, I'm a sucker for great packaging -- the bottle design here is absolutely incredible. If that doesn't stand out, nothing will. However, I'm also a sucker for a brand's perceived "authenticity" ... every time I see something that is stamped with "Made in France" or Italiy and it's in ENGLISH, I can't help but think that it's not 100% French, or Italian, even if it is. I guess I want the "real deal" ... if it's a Russian vodka, I want some Russian on the package. I don't care that I can't read Russian, but I still wanna see it.

Overall, I love the design... throw some Russian in there to make it look "authentic," and they've got a killer product that will win on the shelves all day long.
