Cone Kings

Cone Kings, a new brand of artisan made frozen yogurt, needed packaging that reflected the high quality of the product range. Frozen yogurt is still a relatively unknown product in New Zealand, where ice cream still rules.

"Bold black and orange colour scheme to stand out in the freezer from other (mostly white and pastel coloured) products. Filigree swirls add an air of distinction and value. Clear and crisp typography combinations with a classy contrast to emphasize the premium quality. "By Cone Kings" use of brand name as a sort of 'signature' that marks the product. Badge and bylines to communicate the characteristics and bonuses of frozen yogurt. Woodcut-style illustrations to match - and add to - the personality of the design and communicate the different flavors in the range. Orange-peel finish to in-mould-label to add character en texture to the bucket."
