Not that it matters all that much, but the product is not a coockie. It's a sweet pastry like bread called MELON PAN, that has a soft cookie like crust and has a cream fill inside. The illustrated guy is a popular graphic novel character. Priced at about us$1 and widely available at any super markets and convenient stores.
