Packed - Engagement Ring

The problem is...sometime you just don't have the space to hide the engagement ring. Where else would you put it? In your wallet of course. Check out the revealing of the ring and the process of creating this wonderful piece after the jump! 

"Packed is a series of packaging designs with a specific focus on paper and structure. In this particular case study for an engagement ring, I wanted to provide a jewel case that could be hidden in a wallet but when presented, has a  a surprise element that mimics a flower blossoming."

Interesting concept! I like the idea of removing the engagement ring away from the traditional ring box and instead into a blooming flower.

I feel like a nice little video would be significantly helpful. I understand how it works, but I think much of the beauty comes from the motion of opening it.

I absolutely love this! Creative concept and I'm even more impressed with the execution. I almost passed over this design so I agree with the previous comment about a video or showing the product just being opened up to catch attention a little more.
