Vintage Paint Can Labels

These bold paint can labels embody the classic feel-good design of the 1950s. Found via fffound. If you know the orginal source, please let us know. We'd love to know the designer behind these.

Update:

Designed by Dustin Wallace, inspired by vintage packaging.

I ran across these as well and traced them back to a Flickr account by "Wallace Design House" (http://www.wallacedesignhouse.com/). You can access his Flickr through the website and view additional work that is not featured in his main portfolio. He seems to enjoy experimenting with type & texture inspired by vintage labels. He also has some really playful logo design. Love his color palettes!
