"VSL packaging should be more then just lifting the lid of a box. The packaging should work as a protection shell to the fragile crystals, and feel as an extension of the product. Contemporary, classic, with 'stand alone' power. The boxes come in a variety of sizes and contain appealing different details. Two tops come together to create a complete box of white relief paper, in pattern designs inspired in VSL classical crystal line. To emphasise heritage, a crystal seal medallion is placed on each box, in the variety of the brand colors. The 'unpacking ritual' leads us to discover other layers of communication: the crystal certificate, the serial number, the brand booklet, and at last the concealed product."
