“Founded in 1907, Dutch Boy is one of the most recognizable brands in the market.
Lawrence C. Earle painted the original boy, used as the brands mascot. The boy wearing overalls, Dutch wooden clogs, and carrying a paintbrush and bucket continues to remain an advertising icon, even today. Over the years, several different versions of the little Dutch boy have been used to promote the Dutch Boy label paints.
