Packaging developed as part of an augmented reality interactive tour guide celebrating 175 years.

“Pastéis de Belém celebrate 175 years in 2012. They wish to commemorate this occasion together with the neighborhood that is part of their identity. For this event a special packaging edition was launched. The package is an invitation to experience the Belém district in a unique way making use of an augmented reality interactive tour guide. This packaging collection gives access to an application for smartphones and tablets that pays a tribute to the cultural ‘hot spots’ of the Belém District: the Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, Torre de Belém, Centro Cultural de Belém, Padrão dos Descobrimentos, Museu Nacional dos Coches and the Palácio de Belém.
