Wow! This is some incredible branding! Kudos to the person responsible for this design...

It looks great, but is not practical and hardly readable. I'm looking at the lamppost, poster and tramp banner. It requires serious "gymnastics" to read it. Unless that's the purpose of that design. Got it? Circus-Reading Gymnastics?
It looks great and I do like it, I just feel it's a wrong place to use that type of design.

of course I meant TRAM :) Was thinking about "Tram" and "Poster"... fused that both, sorry.

I really like this, and I think it's totally legible. It looks and feels like a modern circus theme all over. The coloured type loops over and around itself like it's in circus-motion, it's really been used more as a pattern than as type. The actual logo in black is bold and legible enough that it makes this ok. Well done to the designer!!

I really like that! Simple but so powerful! Bravo to the designer :)

One more thing, I noticed this particular color-mix style has been quite popular lately. From Heavy Helvetica letters overlapping each other
to circular and other shapes.
Some of such are even featured here:

great work! don't sweat other people saying it's a style going on, everything's been done before - it's all how you interpret it & this interpretation is GREAT! LOVE IT!

Great branding! Especially because the "new" circus has more human spectacles and less animal acts. It must have been hard to pull away from the nostalgic 19th century look but this is brilliant!
