Student Spotlight: Bloom
"Bloom was a group project conducted over 3 months. The concept was to explore the therapy of gardening. We chose to use re-plantable paper, but juxtapose this element with the element of a prescriptive text and medical application of product. Instead of showing the initial outcome of the products, we chose to focus more on the therapeutic qualities of gardening, such as a box that rips open and forms a planter that can sit on your desk while you work."
Taught under Michael Osborne at Academy of Art San Francisco, designed by Jon Patterson, Risaki Koyama, Sali Golzari, and Karen Cheng.
