Roy Hamilton-Sturdy is a student in the Graphic Design department of "Shenkar" College, Israel:

"The project was created in a packaging course in college. The goal was to design packages for a product, taking into consideration how they would appear when multiple packages are presented.

The products I decided to pack were white t-shirts, divded to 3 types of collars.

The branding was based on the "Optical Brightening" whitening process, which manipulates the light that enters the fabric. I compared this manipulation of light to the one that occurs in prisms and through this comparison I based the packaging, the folding of the shirt itself, and the presentation, which was all about light: A video (below) explaining the whole process, projected on a wall that holds the packages in place.

The design on the packaging is very minimal and the wall itself is white and clean, but when it is presented in the shop, the projection makes it all come to life."
