"Urnex, the category leader in specialty coffee equipment cleaning products recently embarked on a dramatic package redesign with the help of Canopy, a strategic brand identity and design agency out of New York City.
The goal was to create a more engaging, emotional and user friendly design aesthetic for their commercial portfolio of products. Ultimately, bringing synergy to the brand, while elevating the overall value proposition.
"With the understanding that we were not speaking directly with consumers through this redesign, we needed a more balanced approach that considered an audience who wasn't necessarily interested in aesthetics." says Marc Sampogna, Managing Director at Canopy. "We wanted to make sure that we achieved the goals of introducing a more intuitive and educational system, without losing sight of a more thoughtful and engaging look."
