Butter! Better!

"Whenever we eat bread, at a picnic, in a cafe or on an airplane, we usually use disposable butter. I replaced its ordinary container lid with a wooden, knife shaped one. This way butter can be easily and quickly spread. Butter! Better! has 4 flavors which allow the user to make a choice, just as he would chose his favorite ice-cream. This container is not only easy and fast to use but also it makes daily routine of spreading butter more fun and exciting."

Great idea! But I didn't know butter comes in different flavors...?

How does the knife attach to the container?

Is a wooden spreader really the best idea? It doesn't seem very friendly on the environment by using wood for a one time use product.

Great design and concept, however.

Flavours of butter? What maddness is this?!

Also a wooden knife is a good idea. It's biodegradable obviously. Would you suggest a plastic one Brandon?

I love this concept but wouldn't the knife get dirty?

Glue + food?
I don't like it very much, but I like the design.

"I love this concept but wouldn't the knife get dirty? "

Yep. And for that reason, I'm out.

Yes what about the hygiene of the knife...?

Linzi:
no-salt, garlic flavoured... Madness???

Good concept; although wouldn't the knife be unhygienic to use? Plus, I agree with the other comments: How are you to stick the knife with the container? Wood glue? It might be a wee bit uncanny to use.

A cornstarch-based glue should work fine, and would also be edible. No sure about the cleanliness of the outer portion of the knife, though.

really nice idea, but the outside of the knife is going to get dirty, not sure if this is OK for everyone...
