Blossa (whom we've featured in the past) takes mulled wine to the next level with stylish packaging. They introduce a new limited-edition bottle every year; '09 is shown above and the full lineup is shown below. Designed by Stockholm-based BVD.
i think it's interesting to see the level of decadence sort of increase each year: decorated '05, metallics in '06, and then for 2009 it's very simple. i like it, but i think it reflects a bit of consumer culture in there.
Mmm clementine! and lingonberries :D I'm definitely buying it but not for the design this year. Perhaps they can make the numbers see-through for the 2010 edition if they still insist on covering the beautifully coloured liquid inside.
I think the beauty of this lies not in the singular pieces, but rather when you see them all together. Love the shape of the bottle, which is really personal.
This year’s design is cute but not anything special when seen alone. Too bad I did not start my collection 6 years back…
The Lingon and Apelsin tall bottles are beautiful, the see-through liquid really adds an extra dimension.
I actually like it as a stand alone piece, because you don't even notice the "09", it looks like a pattern and combination of curvy lines, not obvious as a number at all...
