While looking spiffy and showing off the product well at the POS, the packaging of the headset products is a disaster in terms of functionality (very hard to open) and reusability (impossible, the package cannot be reassembled after opening).

Not to mention it's a waste of materials. While the cardboard is recyclable, they could've made something a tad simpler for the ear buds.

I dunno, I like the cardboard ear bud packaging... I guess because it's all recyclable, the "excess" didn't bother me.

The earbuds' package is definitely wasteful. I like how "stop global warming" is just slapped on there.

I'd like the packaging on the earbuds a bit more if the wireframe on the cardboard wasn't the exact same as the photo of the earbuds on the label.

While it is definitely possible to recycle, it makes more sense environmentally to use even smaller packaging and have even less to recycle.
