New work from Peter Schmidt Group GmbH:
"The perfect vodka is from Spain. The brothers Fernando and Esteban Banus are producing the most pure vodka of the world at present with Blat (from catalan: grain). This means that the degree of impurity is below the actual technical traceable level– even though Blat is distilled in the old traditional way.
Our design transfers this purity: in a clear
and puristic form and function with a logo which is just lucent and embossed.
The bottle consists of 100 % clear medical glass. The strengthened bottom
of the bottle and the special glass grinding at the bottom show the
haptic quality of a typical vodka glass. Advanced vodka – independent,
Challenge: Development of appearance of a new Vodka brand, including it´s name, bottle shape and the overall graphic design. The product is very pure Vodka of high quality proven in tests and analysis.
Concept: Our design transfers the purity of the product: in a clear and puristic form and function with the focus on transparency. The logo is just lucent and debossed. The bottle consists of 100 % clear medical glass.
Result: The design is showing the embodiment of the brands values of pureness, lucidity and high class in a homogeneous brand appearance with reference to beverage origin."

Xavier Flouret Wines
Designed by Deka Design:
"X" shape is the icon of the brand. X is a little mysterious. X is a little naughty. X also marks the spot: as in the location of the winery shown on the back label. The story of the wine maker is an integral part of the design along with concise facts about the wine itself."

Prairie Organic Vodka
Via our friends at NOTCOT:
"Prairie Vodka’s got more behind it than just great vodka - it is actually the result of a “unique partnership between a 5th gen distilled spirits company and a co-op of over 900 Minnesota farmers who are stakeholders in the brand. The distillery has earned Oregon Tilth organic certification. Each batch is distilled as many times are necessary to yield the desired character and smoothness. In the spirit of self-reliance, the distillery converts leftover corncobs and other biomass to create biogas energy for powering the stills and returns distillers grains, a coproduct of distillation, to farms for reuse as feed. And because Prairie is crafted many thousands of miles closer than imported brands, far less petroleum is consumed to bring the vodka to market.” Oh, and it’s also certified kosher by The Orthodox Union. And did i mention the packaging was mind-blowing?"
Prairie Vodka was designed by Minnesota based design firm OLSON. Beautiful work!
Integrity Spirits is a Portland, OR distillery that makes small batch, hand-crafted spirits. "Integrity Spirits announced its presence to the world with two inaugural products, Lovejoy Vodka and Lovejoy Hazelnut. Lovejoy is a vodka that stands out from the crowded liquor shelves because of its design concept. Lovejoy Vodka comes with a variety of labels, allowing customers to choose the design that fits their mood, décor, or gift situation." Design by ID Branding.
