Australian design firm Asprey Creative has just redesigned a range of gourmet ice creams:

Connoisseur Ice Cream packaging: A range of 8 premium ice cream flavours in cardboard tubs.

We repositioned the Connoisseur Ice Cream brand to reflect a more contemporary aesthetic that reinforces the brand’s proposition of ‘precious indulgence’ across the flavour range.

The new Connoisseur packaging is a bold and contemporary reinvention that gives it far broader appeal, greater longevity, and the flexibility to migrate to other categories.

Whilst making full use of the brand’s ownership of black, the packaging clearly brings consumers’ focus back to the product through distinctive and very brand-ownable product imagery.  At the same time we have reinforced Connoisseur’s premium, market-leading positioning with an elegant and strikingly minimalist design.
