Weemala Wine

The Logan Weemala wine collection by War Design is not new, but it is really wonderful and worth mentioning.  The line work is playful and loose and the different angled diagonal wires help keep your eye dancing through the collection. 

"'Weemala' is the aboriginal name for the district where the grapes are grown and the local indigenous Wiradjuri people it also means 'good view.' War then set about redesigning the labels to better illustrate the meaning of 'good view.' This insight inspired a series of labels featuring hand illustrated native birds. These are reproduced in simple black and white to enhance their presence in an overly colourful environment."
