Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

There's something warm, friendly and homey about the branding and packaging of Jeni's Ice Creams by Elementville. The simple, handwritten logo using the apostrophe as the dot of the 'i', and the simple, bold colours make the product feel authentic and tasty to me, and it reinforces the concept of "handmade in our kitchen."

Is it just me or is the logo a little too similar to another word that starts with "P"? Seriously! Nobody even remotely thought of that?

I am working in columbus right now, and just had that very conversation last night. I didnt see it at first, but my friend was insisting taht it looked a little too familiar :)
