I discovered this lovely bottle design by Michael Young for Herdeiros Passanha (of Portugal) via Brandonblog. I like the bottle-within-a-base effect, the recessed droplet on the front and the heavy glass bottom. A simple black screw cap doesn’t make them feel too precious, assuming these are not ultra-premium olive oils.

design this new glass bottle. The Passanha brand dates to 1749 and this
bottle marks the re-launch of this historical olive oil company.”
