The challenge was to create a new line of home & body products from scratch. The solution was Daub and Baube. Designed by Wink, who had developed everything from the name and logo to packaging and promo materials. “Before we could begin, we needed to find a point-of-difference that would distinguish the product line among the, literally, hundreds (possibly thousands) of other hand soaps, lotions, and dish detergents that have oversaturated the market. The answer... "edition packaging" in which with every reprint of the labels a new pattern set is introduced. The result was a 3 limited edition patterns for 3 products with 3 fragrances.” A total of 27 bottles, artfully designed with the most style and flair I have seen lately for simple bottles soap & loton. This interesting packaging structure by Issimbow caught my eye. I have to admit, I have no idea what the product actually is; this product is from Japan. I'll need some help from our Japanese readers! This was part of a collection of Japanese packaging from PingMag. Check out the other products - most are very interesting.

Spotted over at NOTCOT, this is some of the most innovative packaging I have ever seen. This is packaging for a digital hearing aid, it visually enables the hard of hearing customer to see an animated soundwave in action. They use a semi-translucent plastic sleeve around the box that creates an animated illusion as you slide it out. The design is by Copenhagen studio Goodmorning for Widex digital hearing aids. You must continue reading below to see a video of this packaging in action, its ingenious!
